Desk was helpful in suggesting places to eat.
Very, very, very cramped breakfast room.

Average, clean, acceptable room & bathroom. Free WiFi was very nice. Breakfast room was very small and cramped.

The jacuzzi in the room was awesome.
The shower didn't hardly have hot water or pressure.

This hotel was okay. The money that I spent was not. When you get up in the morning or want to take an evening shower there is no pressure or hardly any hot water. When complained they said we could take a bath in the jacuzzi. ...read more

Floor in my room was uneven.

The hotel was scary on the outside but clean and friendly on the inside. The room was spacious and clean. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave.

People at the desk were nice; the matresses were fine.
Why use a stinky deodorant spray? Others are on the market. It gave me a headache.

I feel they should have given us another room when I said that the over-powering deodorant spray, a sickening fragrance, was giving me a migraine because I am sensitive to that. This hotel is located in a prime, lakefront area and should be renovated to capitalize on its location. ...read more
